The material used for the casting is grade 25 cast iron. In order to facilitate heat dissipation, the motor housing is oil-filled. All accessories are manufactured by the machine and are sealed with buna rubber O-rings. Fasteners in contact with liquid are made of stainless steel. The upper part of the motor is protected by a sealed power cord entry board, and is equipped with a pin made according to the mold and with conductive ability to prevent water from entering the motor along the power cord. The lower part of the motor is protected by a double sealing device.
1. The re-seal should be rubber or J-sodium rubber double-lip seal.
2. The heavy main seal is a hard silicon carbide seal, and is equipped with a stainless steel shell and a spring. The upper and lower bearings can handle all radial and axial loads. In addition, the lower bearing can also handle the downward axial load generated by the impeller and cutter. The bearing adopts an angular contact roller design. The shell of Grinder Pumps adopts a centripetal design, so that the pressure inside the shell can be balanced, thereby prolonging the service life of the sealing device and the bearing. In addition, in order to avoid the deposition of flowing debris, there should be no water cut angle inside the turbine casing of the casing. Grinder Pumps are equipped with stainless steel handles with rubber grips.
